Dumb Parents

How does a parent allow a 2 year old to cross a four lane main street without holding his hand? I don't care if he is walking right next to you. How stupid can you be? These are the type of people that depend on government to raise them and their children. There is no excuse for this type of stupidity. I defend your right to be stupid, just don't come back whining and crying because something happens because of your laziness!
